Slotted set screw's nominal diameters are M1, M1.2, M1.4, M1.6, M1.7, M2, M2.3, M2.5, and M3. Slotted set screw's overall lengths are 1mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.7mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm. Slotted set screw's tip shapes are flat point, cone point, oval point.

The custom-ordered small precision parts

The custom-ordered small precision parts are to produce parts according to customer's drawings. If there is not formal drawing, then the sketch is OK too. Based on the sketching, we will make the formal drawing. And we requires approval from you about the formal drawings.

We are good at simple shapes such as pictured above. Manufacturable length is from 0.5mm to 10.0mm, but we are good at manufacturing of the overall length of 5.0mm or less.

Various plating and a simple barrel treatment are possible.

Our specialty materials are brass, phosphor bronze, nickel silver, free cutting steel, stainless steel, and so forth.

Manufacturable size of outside diameter is from 0.3mm to 5.0mm for miniature machined parts, but their diameter is below by the material.
